Truck tires range from 30 inches up to 60 inches
35′s tend to be the average though, requiring only 4 inch lift for most vehicles. thats 106.4 inches in diameter.

Your friend need a front end realinement,Midas charges about $ 50.00 to do it but it’s no biggie unless your friend keeps driveing the car in this codition because it will chew the tires off.

I have a stock 95 zj that i recently bought. The tire on it have some of the lamest tread- my subaru brat has better. But due to lack of cash flow currently, i don’t see a lift in my near future. Any other tips on this jeep are much appreciated as im a new convert to jeeps. Used to be a old ford guy.

You cant go wrong with a bogger (http://www.4wheelonline.com/Products.aspx?CategoryId=341&ProductId=124016) but the smallest they list is a 31″..so it might be a tight fit under a stock ZJ.
