off road videos question by : My O (circle) button on my PSP isn’t working! How can I fix it?
I had my PSP-2000 for 3 years now, and has been working perfectly, I don’t drop it or anything, it just has a lot of extensive plays (music, videos, road trip, games, net and a HUGE memory stick). However since recently, the O (circle) button doesn’t seem to want to work. Every other button works fine (except for the analog stick which sometimes wants to go down, but that’s not a big deal, I just push the dumb thing back up). I’ve tried sticking in a 2mm flathead to pry it out or move it, to do whatever the hell to get it working (I’m gettin’ desperate), and tried 3M dust remover (knowing it wouldn’t do a damn’ thing, but won’t hurt trying anyway). The O button wouldn’t only work for 3 presses, and then that’s it, I get lucky every minute or so if I can get one press every 5. And in game screens, if I press O, doesn’t do anything, turn off the PSP, and turn it on, it will go a screen back as if I pressed it.
Any help is very well appreciated, playing Dissidia 012 that I just got yesterday isn’t fun at all without the O.

Well, you know sometimes pressing the buttons for a while makes the rubber supporting it, become loose… What u can do is contact sony, and explain the situation. The number is 1800 345 7669… THe will tell you to pay 80 bucks before they touch it, unless you have a psn plan… You can try a local pawn shop that do repairs, im sure that will help alot…Thats how i fixed my 0 button
